Delivery and Handling

All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail, first class signed for. We aim to send out your order the same day we receive it (orders placed before 12pm) or at least within 2-3 working days. However this isn’t always possible, especially if we are away at an event with all of the stock with us! If you need your parcel urgently please send us an email and we will do our very best to help!

Whilst we strive to ensure that all the goods shown on our website are available we cannot guarantee that they will be. If the items you have chosen to order are not available, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and will offer a full refund or an alternative item.

In the United Kingdom the delivery charge for an order up to the value of £10.00 is £2.50 per order, any order over £10 is £4.50. This will be calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.

Countries outside of the UK will be charged £40 for international express delivery. If you live outside of the UK your delivery may be subject to import duties or local taxes. If this is the case, it will be your responsibility to pay these.

All of our deliveries are sent in pretty packaging, making them ideal gifts. However if you would like us to include a note in the parcel for the recipient, again please email us, or write it in the order notes section and we will write you a postcard for them!

Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your order; we hope you love your World Secrets purchase! However if your purchase is not suitable and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please send your item to the address below;

And fill out the returns form that was included in your parcel!

You can return all unworn purchases up to 14 days after they have been delivered. If it is a gift that needs to be exchanged for a different size, please contact us and we may be able to extend the exchange period, especially for items bought in advance over Christmas. Please ensure the item is in a perfect, resalable condition and it is returned in its original packaging.

We do advise returning orders to us via a tracked and signed for service, as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged before they reach our studio. Once we receive your return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment (within 3 – 5 working days) or exchanged right away for you!
